Where do you search for leads and do you have help?

Picking a market other than your backyard can be daunting, if your market, let’s say NY, San Francisco, or any city where the home prices look like the national deficit is out of you financial reach, then looking elsewhere can be the right thing to do.

But, you say I don’t have anyone I can rely on to look at these properties, what can I do?  With the internet narrowing the world you can find someone to assist you to view and give an opinion on what you are looking to invest in.
